Is it possible to block respawn of the boss?

I think some bosses appear anyway like pharaoh bosses, but anothers you need to be offline so they can appear

Hello eveyone, I have a question and want to know if there’s an official answer or it is just a rumour.. Is it true that the lichs and their summons can block the dracola’s spawn? Or even myself in the area? I’ve been camping dracola for 7 days now (15h straight), some sites say tomorrow is going to be his last day (low chance) and it’s impossible in my calculations that he is going to flop (other friends are helping with the remaning time in the day). The only thing in my mind that can happen (about floping) is the summon thing or the person surrounding the place. Please share some experiences if you guys have and thanks for the attention!
