Unfortunately, Dire Penguin as a pretty common monster with irregular spawn is not taken into consideration. Yeti is an exception due to its much rarer occurrence.

If you already did the submission with Dire Penguin please post it, we will evaluate this as we do other works.

We had to discuss this issue because Dire Penguin was not part of the pool of monsters "available" in this contest for a while, but we noticed that fansites were misleading players:

Of course, if you want to and have time (there is less than 24 hours) to do the work of the "Evil Mastermind" it is ok.

Yes, sorry for the delay, but we were waiting for votes from one TibiaBosses.com team member who was on vacation. We received them yesterday and today the admin will post the top 10 on the fansite board, where we will collect votes from fansite admins for a week.
