Who knows. You can try 🙂 Personally, I don't think you'll get a good loot.

Reward system in this case is based on participation, so factors like: damage dealt to the boss, damage taken on yourself, healing with exura gran mas res decide who win the loot. The only item, which you can win with the second character is Silver Raid Token , but probably one hit wouldn't be enough to get this item. It is possible rather when player A has, for example, 60% of participation and player B has 40%.

Since Silver Raid Tokens are quite cheap nowadays, I think it is simply not worth to go there with other characters.
