I can confirm that the orc leaves every 12 days, in optera one was killed on November 13 and I killed another on November 25, which gives a difference of 12 days between respawn

does the body decomposes normally? i found a fresh dead orc body where it spawns but its been hours there and i can still open it, even though i didnt killed it, so im assuming someone moved a spawned dead body to the place trying to trick others players

Exactly as you said. You can move a non-rottable dead body or even a normal orc's body (can be taken to any container) to try to trick other checkers.
